Hulu and Radar are two very special cats that are looking for a very special human. They’ve had a rough life so far and are extremely shy, but not feral. We believe they are “diamonds in the rough” and they just need a loving home to shine. Their special human needs to be patient and willing to wait as long as it takes for these two to blossom.
