Meet Astra (and her best friend, Trooper)!

Astra is a loving and sweet pittie mix who will instantly win you over with her gentle nature and big heart. She’s wonderful with children, other animals, and just about anyone she meets, making her the perfect addition to any family. Astra is playful yet calm, always ready for cuddles or an adventure with her humans.

Astra shares a close bond with her best friend, Trooper, an adorable French Bulldog with a big personality. Trooper does have a spinal injury that has left him incontinent, so he’ll need extra care. While Astra and Trooper would love to find a home together, they can be adopted separately if needed.

Notes from her Daycation: Astra is nervous with new situations & noises. She and I have been together twice for a Daycation (about 1-month apart). Each visit to the golf course, she settles after a few minutes. This last Monday it was cold & windy, she had no problem with me putting a coat on her, we got in & out of the car without any issues and was interested in leaves/papers blowing. She reaches out to get a pet and/or treat, she sits when ask and would lean against my leg for comfort. She is a sweetheart.
