Welcome Margaret Wall!
This past month has brought many changes to the Leadership Team at H.A.L.O. and we are so excited for the future of no-kill rescue in Indian River County. With a unanimous vote, Margaret Wall, was appointed as the new President of the Board of Directors. She has been an active volunteer and member of H.A.L.O. for many years and continues to be a strong, inspiring advocate for the pets in our community.
With over 30 years experience in animal rescue and training, we know she is the perfect person to lead us into the next decade!
