Meet Axel! 🐾

Axel is a 1-year-old Boxer/Pit mix with a big heart, a soft spot for cuddles, and just the right amount of goofy energy. He’s the perfect blend of playful and chill — always up for a long walk or a round of tug with his favorite rope toy, but just as happy to curl up next to you for a movie marathon and a nap.

Axel loves the beach, playing in the hose, and doing zoomies after he goes potty (it’s his victory lap!). He can be a little nervous going out at night and isn’t a fan of loud noises, but with some gentle reassurance, he settles in just fine.

He’s a total cuddle bug at heart and does great with a predictable routine. While he has tons of love to give, he’s not a match for homes with cats — his energy is a bit too much for them, and he’s shown some nippy behavior in the past.

Axel is looking for a home where he can run, relax, and be someone’s loyal sidekick. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, and sometimes silly best friend, Axel’s your guy!
