Found as a tiny pup at a truck stop, Eli’s journey started off rough—but you’d never guess it by the happy, playful pup he is today! This stunning poodle/border collie mix is equal parts brains, beauty, and boundless energy.

Eli is a social butterfly who loves making new friends—both human and canine. He thrives in an active home where he can run, play, and show off just how quickly he picks up on new tricks (especially if treats or peanut butter are involved!). He’s already housebroken and eager to please, making him a great fit for someone looking for a fun, high-energy companion.

During his intake exam, Eli tested positive for Lyme disease. However, since he’s so young and hasn’t shown any symptoms, it’s possible he was simply exposed rather than actually infected. He’s currently receiving a 30-day course of antibiotics, which is the recommended treatment. After that, he won’t require any further testing or care related to it.
