Hi, I’m Barkley!

I’m a young Jack Russell Terrier mix looking for a fresh start and a family to call my own. A kind family member brought me here because they knew I deserved the chance to blossom—and I’m ready to show the world who I really am.

Right now, I’m still learning about the big world around me. I haven’t had as much socialization as some dogs, so I appreciate slow, gentle introductions while I get to know new friends. I’d do best in a home with older kids (12+) who understand that I’m still finding my confidence.

But here’s the best part: once I feel comfortable, my playful, spunky side comes alive! I’ve got plenty of pep and joy waiting to burst out, and I can’t wait to share it with someone special. I’m also working on my housebreaking, so a little consistency will help me keep growing into the well-rounded pup I know I can be.
