My story started off a little rough—I was found tied to a post at a dog park in Texas—but thanks to Animal Control and the caring folks at H.A.L.O., I got the second chance I deserved. Now, I’m focused on the future and finding my forever family.

Even though my past is a bit of a mystery, one thing is crystal clear: I’m a very good boy. I’ve been friendly and affectionate since arriving at the shelter, and I’ve done great meeting both other dogs and cats. I’m gentle, loving, and eager to be someone’s loyal companion.

I recently completed my heartworm treatment and am feeling better every day. I do have a heartworm recheck coming up in a few months, but the good news is H.A.L.O. covers the full cost through their foster-to-adopt program—so all you need to bring is love. I’ll also be neutered as part of this process.
