Hi, I’m Pax. 🐾

My story started with a family who loved me very much, but they realized their home and schedule weren’t the best fit for giving me the time and space I deserve. So they made the hard decision to help me find a place where I can get lots of attention, adventures, and love. I think that’s pretty brave of them—and now I’m ready to find my forever people.

I’ve lived in a home with kids before and did great with them. I’ve also met cats and other dogs and passed my tests with flying colors, so I could likely share my home with some furry siblings. I’m a pretty easygoing guy overall. I ride nicely in the car and I’m okay hanging out by myself when my humans need to step out.

Now, I’ll be honest about a few things I’m still working on. I’m not crate trained yet, and I’ll need some help learning my house manners and potty routines. I also get a little nervous when it’s time for nail trims or grooming, but with patience and kindness I handle it okay.

One thing you should know about me—I LOVE to dig. Like, really love it. If there’s a yard, I might try to do a little landscaping… and sometimes I’m talented enough to dig my way out. So I’ll need a secure yard and a family who understands my passion for excavation. 😅

My favorite things in life are simple: being close to my people, getting lots of pets, and curling up for cuddles. I’m a big softie who just wants to be loved and to love you right back.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate buddy who will happily snuggle up next to you after a day of adventures, I might just be your guy.
