🐾 Hey there, I’m Thor! 🐾

I may have a big, strong name, but I’m really just a sensitive guy trying to figure out the world around me. Recently, I was adopted but sadly returned because I was very scared in my new home—so scared that I wasn’t even comfortable going outside to use the bathroom. It was all just a little too much, too fast for me.

Because of my upbringing, I didn’t get the early socialization I really needed, so new places, sounds, and experiences can feel overwhelming. I’ll need a patient and understanding home that’s willing to go slow and let me adjust at my own pace. I’m not a “jump right in” kind of dog—but with time, consistency, and gentle encouragement, I truly want to do right by my person.

At around 7 months old, I’m still very much a puppy and ready to learn. I’ll need help with house training, leash skills, and basic commands, along with lots of confidence-building through positive experiences. Training with me should always be rooted in patience, kindness, and rewards—I respond best to people who take the time to understand me.

Despite my fears, I am a gentle, sweet boy with a big heart. Once I feel safe, my loving and affectionate side really starts to shine. I just need someone who’s willing to work through the little speed bumps with me and help me grow into the confident dog I’m meant to be.
