Found as a stray and never reclaimed, this sweet hound girl somehow slipped through the cracks. Which is honestly baffling, because Dumpling is the kind of dog who makes friends wherever she goes. Gentle, affectionate, and always happy to soak up attention, she seems to believe that every person she meets might be her new best friend.

We estimate Dumpling to be around 5 years old, but the truth is, we don’t know much about the life she lived before she came to us. Was she someone’s beloved companion? Did she spend years roaming the countryside sniffing every scent she could find? Your guess is as good as ours. What we do know is that she’s ready to write her next chapter.
