Crumpet was found living as a stray until a kind person picked her up and brought her to safety.

Once she arrived at H.A.L.O., she finally got to relax. At just 4.4 pounds, this sweet little lady had no business wandering the streets. She belongs curled up in someone’s arms, soaking up all the love she can get.

She’s estimated to be around 14 years old and, since coming to us, she has been brought up to date on her vaccinations. She’s also been temperament tested and did well with cats and dogs, and we also think she’d be good with kids who understand she’s older and can’t keep up with too much energy!

Right now, she’s taking medication for her teeth, and she may need a dental procedure in the future. We also think she has already been spayed because of an existing scar. But because she’s a senior girl, we don’t want to put her through unnecessary procedures that can be too risky for her.

What Crumpet needs most is a loving home where she can feel safe, be spoiled, and have someone willing to help her with any future medical care she may need.

Crumpet is also available for foster while she waits for her forever family. Fostering gives her the chance to relax in a home instead of a kennel, especially since, as a senior gal, a kennel is no place for her.
