**Meet Bodhi! 🐾**

Bodhi is a 2-year-old (almost 3!) Plott Hound mix with a gorgeous light brindle coat and an even bigger heart. ❤️ He’s an energetic, goofy boy who loves other dogs, going for walks, eating, and—most of all—being loved! In fact, if you’re willing to pet him, Bodhi is pretty sure you should be doing it 24/7.

Bodhi has had a few changes in his young life after his previous homes realized they weren’t quite prepared for all the energy that comes with a young dog. But underneath that energy is simply **a big puppy who wants his person**. He knows sit, stay, lay down, paw and up, and he’s partly housebroken. He’d love an active family willing to continue his training and give him plenty of exercise, structure, and affection.

Bodhi loves other dogs and previously lived with one, but hasn’t met a cat yet. He’s incredibly friendly with children, though because he hasn’t quite figured out how big he is, we think kids 5+ would be best. He’s also not a fan of thunderstorms, so a cozy safe space—and maybe some extra cuddles—will be appreciated when the skies get loud.

Bodhi doesn’t need to be perfect. **He just needs someone who sees the loving, goofy, oversized puppy underneath all that energy and is ready to give him a forever home.** 💕
