Hi, I’m Diamond! I’m a smart, loving, and energetic pup looking for my perfect forever family! Let me tell you a little about myself—I’m pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. First of all, I’m super clever. I’ve figured out how to open lever door handles (yep, I’m that smart!), so I’ll always keep you on your toes. I love to sleep close to my favorite people, so if my bed is near yours, I’ll settle right in when you do. I used to be really scared of thunderstorms, but I’m making big strides in being brave. I don’t hide under the bed anymore—I just pace a little. I know with a little time and love, I’ll be able to overcome this completely! I’m happiest when I’m on the move—car rides, long walks, chasing squirrels, or playing frisbee are my absolute favorite things. If you’re a runner, I think we’d make a fantastic team! Just make sure your fence is taller than 4 feet because, well, I’m a bit of an athlete and I can clear shorter fences like a pro. Now, about cats… I don’t hurt them, but I really love to chase and annoy them. I just can’t help myself—it’s too much fun! So, if you’ve got cats, I might not be their favorite roommate. I’m also a pretty chill girl—I don’t bark much unless something unusual is going on. I’m crate trained, but I’ll admit, I sometimes like to “redesign” my bedding. It’s a love/hate thing—we all have quirks, right?
Oh, and I should tell you about my greatest love… water bottles! Empty, full, it doesn’t matter—I think they’re the best.
Sometimes I get a little too excited around young kids (I can’t help myself, I just love people!), but I’m always sweet and full of love. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and active best friend, I’m your girl. I promise to make you laugh, keep you company, and be the most loving companion you could ever ask for.
