I’m Harley. I like to take things slow at first—new people and new places can feel a little overwhelming, so I might hang back and quietly observe before I come say hello. But once I realize I’m safe, my sweet, gentle personality really starts to shine through.
My siblings and I didn’t have the easiest start. We spent most of our early months outside and didn’t get much exposure to the world, so I’m still learning what it means to be a “normal” puppy. At around 7 months old, I’m at a really important stage where I can learn quickly—but I’ll need a patient family to guide me.
I’ll likely need help with house training, leash walking, and basic commands, and I may be a little unsure about things like new sounds, strangers, or being inside a home. Positive reinforcement, routine, and encouragement will go a long way with me.
The best part? Once I trust you, I’m incredibly loving and loyal. I’m the kind of pup who will quietly lean into you for comfort and soak up every bit of affection. With a little patience, I’m going to grow into an amazing companion.
