With her big floppy ears, sweet face, and gentle disposition, Holly is the kind of girl who makes you want to scoop her up and never let go! This almost 5-year-old Basset Hound mix has had quite the winding journey, and she’s finally hoping it leads to her forever home. ❤️

Holly started life in a loving home where she spent her first four years. She was later welcomed by a family member who adored her and thought she was the perfect first dog. When circumstances changed, Holly was rehomed several times before eventually finding her way to H.A.L.O. Her original family was no longer able to take her back, but they lovingly chose to let her move forward in search of the forever home she deserves.

Through all those changes, Holly has remained a wonderful, gentle girl who loves people and gets along beautifully with other animals. She has lived around dogs, young children, and plenty of household noise and chaos without a problem. She’s mostly housebroken and just needs a little patience and consistency as she settles into her new routine.

After so many homes, Holly isn’t looking for anything complicated—just a family who will love her, cherish those giant floppy ears, and finally make “forever” mean forever. 💕
