Meet Iggy Star — a bright little hound pup with a name that sounds like she was born under a spotlight and a personality that absolutely agrees with it.

Iggy’s journey brought her to us through no fault of her own. Her previous owner, facing financial hardship and job challenges, made the difficult decision to surrender her because they could no longer give her the care and stability she deserves. Now she’s looking forward, not back, ready for her next chapter.

And what a chapter she promises to be.

Iggy Star is pure puppy energy wrapped in soft ears and curious eyes. She believes every person is a new friend, every sound is worth investigating, and every day is meant to be lived at full volume. One moment she’s zooming through life like she’s got somewhere very important to be, and the next she’s collapsing into a nap like she didn’t just audition for a race she definitely won in her imagination.

As a young pup, she’ll need the full “growing up” package — training, socialization, structure, and plenty of patience while she figures out how the world works. She’s not polished yet, but she’s got all the right ingredients to become an incredible adult dog with time and guidance.
