Say hello to Khonshu—a stunning, spirited, and sweet German Shepherd/Husky mix named after the Egyptian god of the moon. Like his namesake, Khonshu lights up the night (and day) with his playful energy and big, bright personality!

At just a year old, Khonshu is still very much a puppy—full of curiosity, goofy antics, and boundless love. He lives for toys of all kinds, loves chew bones, and will happily join you for a long walk or a splashy swim. He’s a smart boy who already knows sit, lay down, and shake, but is still learning more polite manners like not jumping up to say hi (he just loves you THAT much). He’s eager to learn and just needs someone patient and consistent to guide him.

Khonshu is housebroken, crate-trained, and ready to be someone’s loyal sidekick. He’s not a fan of the vacuum (who is?), and leash training is still a work in progress—he’s strong and can be a bit of an escape artist, so he would benefit from either a secure yard with supervision, or someone strong enough to handle his strength on walks. He’ll thrive in an active home with someone who can match his energy and continue his training.

Khonshu is affectionate, loyal, and just wants to be close to his people. If you’re looking for a dog with a celestial spark and a heart as big as the moon, Khonshu might just be the lunar lovebug your home is missing!
