Hey there, I’m Penny — a gorgeous, goofy, go-go-go kinda gal with a mind of my own and legs that were made to run!

I’m a young Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, which basically means I’m athletic, independent, and have enough energy to power a small town. I love attention and affection, but in true cat-like fashion, I’m also perfectly happy doing my own thing once I’ve had my fill of pets. I’m sweet, strong, and smart — but make no mistake, I’m a lot of dog.

I’ve got a high prey drive, so cats, squirrels, bunnies… I see ‘em, I chase ‘em. Because of that, I’d do best in a home without small animals and with adults or older teens who are confident handling a strong dog on leash. A fenced yard would be awesome so I can zoom my little heart out. Speaking of zooms — I can get the zoomies hard, and while I mean no harm, I could totally knock over a little human by accident. So, no young kids unless they’re sturdy and used to big dog energy!
