Shai is a young, high-energy pup with a big heart and an even bigger love for playtime! She’s always ready to run, jump, play tug-o-war, go for walks, and chase the fun with both humans and other animals. After she’s burned off her energy, she turns into a total cuddlebug who just wants to be close to her people.

Due to her playful nature and lack of awareness about her size, Shai would do best in a home with children over 5 years old who can handle her exuberance. She knows “sit” and “gentle,” and she’s great about letting you know when she needs to go outside—or will take herself out if there’s a doggy door.

Shai can be a chewer when left unsupervised, so crating her when you’re away will help set her up for success. She’s not a fan of being alone, so a home that can provide structure, stimulation, and help her build some independence will really help her thrive.
