Hi there… I’m Valentino 🐾

They found me as a stray off US1, and before that? Well… that part of my story is a mystery. What I do know is that I’m safe now, and I’m ready for my next chapter — hopefully with you.

I’m what you’d call a gentle giant. Big body, even bigger heart. I’m incredibly sweet, calm, and loving, and I just enjoy being around my people. I’m the kind of guy who leans in for affection and makes a great cuddle buddy.

I also get along great with cats, other dogs, and children, so I’d fit right in with just about any family looking to add some extra love to their home.

Since my past is unknown, it’s not clear yet if I’m fully housebroken — but I’m eager to learn and I really want to do things right. And the good news? If you adopt me, the rescue offers free training sessions to help both of us succeed. I promise I’ll try my very best (especially if treats are involved).

I may not know where I came from, but I know where I hope I’m going: home.
