Hi Rescue Friends,
At H.A.L.O., we see animals surrendered every day due to a sudden change in behavior. In many cases, these animals are in pain or uncomfortable and unable to tell us why.
Thankfully, Summer found her way to H.A.L.O. where she was able to receive the care she needed!
