Dear Angels,
February was a challenging month for H.A.L.O. Four major medical cases were brought into the shelter and we spent thousands of dollars to save their lives and give them their second chance. I do not choose to spend money lightly, but when I look into the eyes of these animals we work so hard to save, I am reminded of why we fight for every single life no matter their medical or behavioral condition. This is what sets H.A.L.O. apart from other animal shelters.
